France – 2022

Originally planned for 2020, the mission to France had to be postponed to 2022 due to the exceptional global health conditions experienced at the time. It is with great enthusiasm that the Mission ÉTSplore was finally able to take place. The choice of France as a destination aligns fully with our mission to provide students with an international immersive experience focused on the analysis of major technological and societal challenges. Through the themes of Industry 4.0 and sustainable development, the mission aimed to explore the role of digital technologies and telecommunications in corporate digital transformation projects, while highlighting sustainable development initiatives implemented by companies to reduce their environmental footprint and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. These objectives are fundamental principles of energy transition projects. These themes were explored through visits and meetings in several key cities, including Paris, Lyon, Nantes, Toulouse, Palaiseau, and Évry.
