Can we negotiate a contractual agreement related to the partnership?

Yes. You can negotiate a contractual agreement with us based on defined terms and conditions. If accepted, it will be signed and formalized by the Alumni and Philanthropy Service. Contact us to discuss the terms and conditions of the agreement.

Can we pay the sponsorship in a form other than money?

Yes. You can pay your sponsorship with goods or services. You can contact us directly to discuss this.

How can I pay the sponsorship with money?

You can make your sponsorship payment via our crowdfunding platform by clicking on “I contribute” once you are on the platform. You will need to fill out a short form to complete your payment.

The platform is available by clicking on the “Make a donation” tab in the menu at the top of the page or by clicking here. Please enter the amount in the “Sponsorship amount” section of the form. This does not entitle you to a charity receipt, but an invoice can be issued upon request.

What payment methods are available for sponsorship payments?

Here are the supported payment methods:

  • Credit card
  • Pre-authorized bank withdrawal
  • Cheque

 

Can we receive a charity receipt after making the sponsorship payment?

If the payment is made in money or goods, and no visibility is provided in exchange, you will receive a charity receipt.

If the payment is made in services, no charity receipt will be issued unless a cheque is exchanged.

Can we receive an invoice after making the partnership payment?

Yes, only if visibility is exchanged for payment in money, goods, or services. The Alumni and Philanthropy Service can issue you an invoice. Contact us to make this request.

What will the money raised be used for?

The sponsorships raised will be used exclusively to fund the trip and our visits to companies and universities, including:

  • Transportation;
  • Accommodation;
  • Food;
  • Etc.

As well as all related activities during the mission preparation phase, including:

  • Fundraising activities;
  • Promotional events for the mission;
  • Promotional items (t-shirts, accessories, photos, etc.);
  • And others.

 

Am I required to create an account to pay the sponsorship?

No. You will have the option to check or not check “I agree to create an account according to the terms of use.” If you do not want to create an account, simply leave the option unchecked.
